Early morning 10:25 of May 11, 2021, God looked around His garden, and found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth, and saw Ann as she was called, tired face.  So He put His loving arms around her, and lifted her to REST.  God's garden must be beautiful,  because He always takes the BEST!

THE OBITUARY

Theresa "Ann" Pinkett was born January 20, 1965 in Halifax County to the late Sidney and Dorothy Hunter.

Ann received her education from Halifax County Public Schools. Ann joined Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church at a young age. Later in life, Ann joined Greater Saint Chapel Baptist Church before moving to Chestertown, MD where she resigned as a devoted loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Ann worked in customer service for 20 years and in healthcare for 5 years. One thing I can say "Ann loved her grandchildren and her patients.

Ann has joined her parents, Sidney and Dorothy Hunter.

(two sons) Ishmael Pinkett Sr. (Danielle) of Wye Mills, MD; Jonathan Pinkett of West Virginia; twenty-three grandchildren, (three sister) Thelma Bryant of Enfield, NC; Ruby Daniel (John) of Enfield, NC; Gleen Gary (Mike) of Rocky Mount, NC; (four brothers) Sidney Hunter and Johnnie Hunter of Enfield, NC; Jerry Hunter (Daisy) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; Mack Donald Hunter (Tayndra) of Bakerfield, CA; (two sisters-in-law} Barber Adley of Flordia; Mary Ann Pinkett of Dover, DE; (two brothers-in-law) Gasser Pinkett of Seatlle, WA; Barnard Pinkett of Florida; and a host of neices, nephews, relatives and close people, that she holds dear to her heart.
