Linda Ann Taylor was born to Theodore Taylor, Sr. and the late Cora Belle Bobbitt Taylor on June 10, 1950 in Wake County, North Carolina. Linda entered her new home on May 3, 2009 at her home.

Linda Ann graduated from J.W. Ligon High School Class of 1968. She retired from AT&T after 30 years of service. She was a very avid bowler and member of the Capital City Rollers Travel League.

Linda Ann's love and commitment to Christ was reflected in her church life. She joined the Saint Paul AME Church at a very early age and later moved her membership to the Elevation Baptist Church where she served for many years.

Linda Ann leaves to cherish her memories, one son: Milton Lamont Rogers; her father: Theodore Taylor, Sr.; four sisters: Barbara Taylor, Alveria (Bernard) Williams, and Janice Taylor, all of Raleigh, NC, and Thelma (Larry) Stokes of Stone Mountain, GA; two brothers: Theodore, Jr. (Hirut) of Doha, Qatar and Theodoric of Raleigh, NC; a special brother: TreShawn Boyd of Raleigh, NC; a special god-sister: Brenda Burnette of Raleigh, NC; two god-children: Breana and Myliana; special friends: Elder Deborah Judd, Georgia Evans, Sandra Burnette, and Thomasine Howard; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
