I'm Tree
Don't mourn for me, I'm free
The struggle is finally finished.
My spirit's free, my body's at rest
Yet I am not diminished.
I've simply moved to that heavenly phase
Of God's almighty plan, Having completed the trials of life In heaven's peace in where I stand.
Untouched by the pain that assailed my body,
Unaffected by the illness' rage,
Grateful that the struggle is finally over,
That I've moved beyond such a difficult stage.
Now surrounded by my loved ones who've passed,
Being reunited with them,
Watching over you with deepest love and affection, From the serenity and peace found in heaven.
And I am grateful for a love that deepened,
As you patiently cared for me.
Love so strong... I didn't think it could be expanded,
Yet it grew more tender midst such
Suffering and grief.
Condolences are welcomed!
