Obituary

Mrs. Elizabeth Rudd, daughter of the late Ollie and Susie Lynch was born October 30, 1922 in Halifax County, North Carolina.

She departed her life at Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC.

She attended Halifax County Schools and joined Ivory Hill Baptist Church at an early age where she remained a faithful
member until her health began to fail.

She was married to John Eddie McGee who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister Florine Richardson, brothers Morris, Al, Sterling, and Moses Lynch.

She leaves to cherish her; a loving husband of 38 years Jesse "James" "Rudd, her three children Madgie (Carl) Bryant, Lula (Willie) Lynch, Otis (Christine) McGee of Enfield North Carolina; eight grandchildren: Patricia (Eddie) Wilkins and Susie (Retho) Williams whom she raised in the home, Karen (Gerald) Crews, Sonya McGee, Jackie (Michael Silver, Lynette Lynch, Jeannie Evans; Michael McGee, and "Reginald McGee and; sixteen great grandchildren: Catrina (Jamie) McKinnon, "Dana and, Christian Wilkins, Retho, Kaitlin and, Jared Williams, Jessica, Gerald, and Tiffany Crews, John McGee, India Birth, Courtney and Michaela Silver, Maurice Horton, Tynesha McGee, and Tiffanie McGee; three great-great grandchildren: Jordan, Jada, and Camri McKinnon; two brothers Henry and Horace (A loving and supportive sister in-law Beaufort) Lynch; two brother in- laws Otis (A loving and supportive sister in-law Pearl) McGee and Joe (A loving and supportive sister in law Mable) McGee and (A loving and supportive sister in law Mae Betty Rudd and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
